Hannah Loves - April
As a student studying for my degree, April is a time full of coursework, revision and the stresses that they bring! Although I've had a lot of my time taken up by my essays and preparation for May, I wanted to take some time to write about my favourites of the month. 13 Reasons Why After finishing Gilmore Girls, which featured in my January loves, I decided to watch the show that everyone was talking about, 13 Reasons Why. This 13 episode series follows the story of the suicide of high-school student, Hannah Baker, and the 13 tapes she left of messages she recorded before her death. I was instantly hooked on the series and found it difficult to stop watching as it engrossed all of my thoughts. The telling of Hannah's story is one that is highly sensitive, but one that needs to be shared, as amongst many lessons, it shows how something that may seem quite little can easily affect someone. 13 Reasons Why was recently uploaded to Netflix and is based on a book published in...
